As TFC Dealer, we constantly receive questions about why certain programs broadcasted in the Philippines are not available in TFC. For example, the Pinoy Big Brother and some Korean teleseries.

We have asked ABS-CBN representative to answer this question for us.  Here is the answer from Mario Marasigan of ABS-CBN TFC Canada:

"Unfortunately we do not have the license to air PBB or the Korean telenovelas to air in North America. These are franchised programs."

Programs from the past or even any upcoming are not going to be available in TFC, are those shows that ABS-CBN were not able to acquire international broadcast license. However, with the huge amount of excellent and amazing shows that ABS-CBN are made available and are updated daily; are more than enough compensating the missing programmings of TFC. Almost no one misses those missing shows.
